Hatha yoga Montreal with Swami Saranyananda Saraswati (Satyananda tradition from Népal).

I received the title of Swami, the Hatha Yoga certification 1st and 2nd level and the awakening of chakras from the spiritual Master Swami Premananda of the Satyam School (Satyananda tradition from Nepal). I am also certified in therapeutic yoga by Isabelle Sarne (Gayatri center) and prenatal yoga by Lidija Segon of the Satyam School.

Certified member of the International Yoga Federation and Federation Francophone de Yoga.

Different Hatha Yoga coaching methods are available for everyone’s needs, from the initiation (Yoga for beginners), more dynamic and advanced classes, to the more personalized and private therapeutic approach like prenatal yoga, yoga nidra, anti-stress meditation and therapeutic yoga for back pain, digestive system, joints, immune system, etc.

You will gain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, enjoying each minute of your day, thanks to the ancient techniques, philosophy and discipline of yoga.

I will teach you the art of yoga not only as a physical fitness but also as a therapeutic method and interior self-transformation, thanks to the postures, the meditation, and the pranayamas.

Hatha yoga asanas Instruction manual (French PDF format) is included in the classes fees, and the Sun salutation manual is free online for everyone. These Instruction manual are designed to help you progress in ours classes, to increase your knowledge and improve your practice of at home.

I will coach and assist you with simple techniques in order to obtain and keep a good physical and emotional health, to relax and reduce everyday stress and maintain a strong immune system.
